It is printed on smooth, neutral-white matte archival paper. Accurate color reproduction and high-resolution output are ensured. Prints are acid-free for longer life with pigment inks. Each print measures approximately 9 x 12". Some very small size variation may occur depending on the dimensions of the original artwork.

I do my best to follow up with packages during the shipping process, and in my almost ten years of shipping artwork, nothing has been lost. However, delays do occur which are beyond my control. I am not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped from my end. However, if the package is lost (no arrival or tracking info after 3-4 weeks) arrives damaged or not as expected in any way, refunds can be negotiated on a case by case basis.
Orders within Trinidad are shipped using TTPost courier, and take approximately 2-3 days to arrive. International orders are done via UPS and take between a week to two weeks. For original art shipments, I use DHL express, and these may arrive within a week.
